Lindsey
Lindsey Gym Instructor
The newest member to team has recently qualified as a Gym Instructor after studying for an FdSc in Sport & Fitness, where she learnt valuable information about anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, sports performance and nutrition. She is developing her skills further as she is studying to become an exercise to music instructor where she hopes that her bubbly, outgoing personality will really get you motivated!
Graham
Gym Instructor & class instructor
Graham started as a gym member but his passion for sport and fitness was so great that his dream was to become a Fitness Instructor. Graham is partially disabled, he has tunnel vision and auditory problems, but he did not let that stop him! Graham has participated in a number of professional events (London and Hastings Marathon, Hastings half Marathon, Aerobics conventions etc.). He joined the Reed Health Fitness team in 2007 and with his commitment and dedication and our help Graham has achieved part of his dream by qualifying as a Gym Instructor in July 2009.. He has brought a different approach to the team by bringing his enthusiasm to his training and his Abs Studio Class Exercises Style, a unique combination. Graham loves his running and he shares his determination, his drive and his "win" attitude with his clients.
